Do you ship worldwide? 🌍

Yes — I ship to most countries except the United States.

Due to recent customs and import policy changes, I currently cannot ship to the U.S. Thank you for understanding.

What shipping methods do you offer? 🚚

Shipping options depend on your location:

Within Spain:

  • Standard mail (untracked)
    • The most affordable option, but it does not include a tracking number. Once the order is handed to the postal service, I cannot see its location or provide updates until it reaches the destination.
  • Certified shipping with tracking
  • Urgent certified shipping with tracking (Fastest option)

Outside Spain (excluding the U.S.):

For all international orders, only certified tracked shipping is available to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive? ⏱️

Processing time:
All items are handmade, so processing usually takes 3–7 business days.

Delivery estimates after shipping:

  • Spain (Standard & Certified): 3–7 business days
  • Spain (Urgent Certified): around 48 hours
  • European Union: 5–7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–15 business days (depending on location and customs)

Please note that delays may occur during holidays, peak seasons, or due to customs checks.

Can I track my order? 🔍

International orders: always shipped with tracking.

Within Spain: tracking available with certified and urgent certified shipping.

Standard mail: no tracking number is provided, so no updates are available once shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges? ❌

Because all items are handmade and often custom or made-to-order, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

What if my order arrives damaged? ⚠️

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours, including clear photos of both the item and the packaging. I’ll do my best to assist you.

My package is delayed or lost — what can I do? 🕵️‍♀️

For tracked shipments, we can check the tracking information together.

For untracked standard mail within Spain, I cannot check its location or open a postal inquiry.
If the postal service officially declares the package lost, we can discuss possible next steps.
